Strategy:

Il team che vi presento nasce dalle ceneri di uno dei miei primi team del metagame BW, che non è mai stato in grado di fare molto nel metagame OU. Era tanto che cercavo di buildare un team diverso dal solito, con pokemon che mi piacciono e con una strategia che non fosse sempre la solita minestra, e perchè no che mi regali qualche bella vittoria.. beh, con la versione 2.0 del mio gravity team penso di essere arrivato vicino all'obiettivo che mi ero prefissato.. Non è una strategia così affidabile, ma devo dire che è molto divertente giocare con questo team!

Beh innanzitutto la strategia del mio team si basa si basa molto sul fattore sorpresa.. infatti la maggior parte dei miei pokemon hanno set particolari che ho ottimizzato sul mio team a furia di test su Pokemon Online (non sono dei copia e incolla da smogon).

La strategia vera e propria si basa sulla mossa gravità, che come ben sappiamo modifica per 5 turni diversi parametri: la precisione delle mosse è aumentata, terremoto colpisce qualsiasi pokemon ecc.

Solitamente inizio con Deoxys-D ( a volte con Porygon o Forretress ).. setto le rocce/punte e la gravità ed inizio a sweeppare cercando di non sprecare i preziosissimi turni di gravità.

Deoxys è il pokemon con cui solitamente inizio.. setto le rocce al primo turno ed in seguito la gravità. Psicolancio l'ho preferita ad altre mosse per via della buona potenza e grazie alla gravità diventa anche una mossa molto affidabile per quanto riguarda la precisione. Non mi preoccupo molto del drop causato dalla mossa, tanto sono comunque soggetto ad innumerevoli cambi.. per questo preferisco utilizzare una strategia "mordi e fuggi". Ripresa l'ho inserita chiaramente per rendere Deoxys più ostico da mandare KO, cosa che mi permette di settare più volte la gravità.

Porygon 2 è l'asso nella manica del mio team xD dato che il set è piuttosto atipico, conto molto sul fattore sorpresa. Gravità ovviamente per avviare la strategia e ripresa per rendere più resistente il pokemon. Le evs sono ottimizzate in modo da rendere porygon un pokemon piuttosto offensivo, anche grazie alla natura ed all'abilità download.. (infatti sfruttando l'abilità download con le giuste entrate è in grado di raggiungere i 480 punti in attacco speciale).. senza nulla togliere alle difese, che vengono incrementate da evolcondensa.. Zap cannon preferita a tuono per via della paralisi assicurata.. cosa che mi torna molto utile quando porygon si trova ad affrontare pokemon più veloci, colmando così anche la non troppo elevata velocità.

Dusclops l'ho inserito perchè ha una buona sinergia con Porygon ed è in grado di settare la gravità e spammare qualche will-o-wisp con massima precisione. Elemento molto utile del mio team, dato che la mia strategia è anche basata sul danno indiretto inflitto da levitoroccia e punte, Dusclops è anche un perfetto anti spinner.

C'è poco da dire su Forretress, setta la gravità e le punte.. dato che a causa della strategia sono soggetto a molti cambi, uno spinner in squadra è d'obbligo.

Sweeper fisico del team.. ho preferito inserire tre mosse d'attacco e non inserire dragodanza per non perdere troppo tempo ed attaccare di più, affidando il boost in attacco a moxie.. natura Jolly dato che appunto l'attacco è affidato a moxie. Le mosse principali di questo set sono Idrondata, preferita a cascata perchè più potente.. e terremoto che grazie alla gravità è in grado di colpire qualsiasi pokemon, e magari sorprendere l'avversario colpendo anche rotom-w sullo switch.

Ultimo, ma non per importanza.. Victini! che dire, Inferno è la main move di questo set, che grazie alla gravità e a victory star diventa una mossa piuttosto affidabile dal punto di vista della precisione.. mossa con 100 di potenza che scotta sempre l'avversario.. cosa che mi può tornare molto utile sia per colpire duramente l'avversario sia per fermare qualche sweeper fisico pericoloso per l'intero team. Ho preferito assegnare Choice Scarf per outspeeddare un buon numero di pokemon ed appunto burnare ciò che ritengo pericoloso per il team.

Threat List:

Scizor Beh scizor è uno dei pokemon che mi spaventano di meno.. ho dusclops che può inibire il suo attacco con will-o-wisp e Victini che è in grado di resistere a qualsiasi mossa di scizor, che a sua volta viene sicuramente oneshottato da inferno di Victini.
Dragonite Con dragonite il discorso si complica un po.. è difficile essere totalmente al sicuro da Nite.. ma in questo caso mi ritengo abbastanza protetto, grazie sempre a Dusclops che può scottarlo e Porygon 2 che dovrebbe essere in grado oneshottarlo con Blizzard, grazie al supporto di stealth rock
Genesect Genesect è un problema, dato che l'unico difensore speciale del mio team è Dusclops, che non può fare più di tanto se non incassare colpi e settare la gravità.. in ogni caso ho Victini in grado oneshottarlo con inferno.
Heatran Per Heatran ho Porygon 2 che può dargli parecchie noie con zap cannon ed al massimo Gyarados con Idrondata e terremoto
Jirachi Non è un problema, considerando che Porygon 2 può paralizzarlo con zap cannon e successivamente posso revengekillarlo con Earthquake di Gyarados o Inferno di Victini
Gliscor In risposta a Gliscor ho Porygon 2, che se pur orientato all'attacco speciale è sufficientemente difensivo per incassare bene i colpi di Gliscor e rispondere con Blizzard.
Breloom In risposta a Breloom ho parecchi pokemon: Deoxys che dovrebbe credo oneshottarlo con psicolancio, in ogni caso ho anche Victini che è un perfetto revenge killer di breloom.
Salamence Non mi spaventa più di tanto la versione scarf di Salamence dato che ho Porygon 2 con bora.. la versione con dragodanza già mi preoccupa di più.. devo cercare di non fargli guadagnare turni, tentando di paralizzarlo o scottarlo subito.
Rotom-Wash Mi è capitato qualche volta di predictare dei rotom con Gyarados ed infliggere innumerevoli danni con earthquake.. in ogni caso non mi spaventa più di tanto questo pokemon.
Gengar Gengar è uno dei pokemon più pericolosi per questo team, principalmente a causa della mia debolezza al tipo ghost, ma giocandomela bene dovrei riuscire a counterare anche lui predictando shadow ball con Porygon 2 ed in risposta focus blast con victini scarf, che dovrebbe mettere a tacere il fantasma con Psychic.
Terrakion Non mi spaventa.. ho diversi pokemon che possono entrare su close combat, posso burnarlo con Dusclops o oneshottarlo con psychic di Victini sperando che non sia scarf max spD e supponendo di aver settato rocce e punte.
Keldeo Con Deoxys o Porygon 2 dovrei riuscire a fermarlo.
Tornadus-Therian Essendo molto veloce conto sul fatto di riuscire a paralizzarlo e successivamente finire il lavoro con Gyarados o Victini.. per fortuna ho le rocce dalla mia parte.
Thundurus-Therian Thundurus potrebbe essere un bel problema.. a causa della buona velocità e del suo attacco spropositato.. se non è scarf è fatta.. dovrei riuscire a finirlo con Victini, supportato anche da punte e rocce.
Landorus Landorus mi da parecchi problemi purtroppo, soprattutto dotato di danzaspada.. se me la gioco bene dovrei riuscire a cavarmela con Duslops o Porygon 2.
Mamoswine Dovrei sperare che Dusclops riesca a resistere a due attacchi di mamoswine e sperare di riuscire a scottarlo.. al massimo ho sempre gyarados e victini che sono in grado di fermare mamoswine.
Volcarona Ho dalla mia parte Stealth Rock ed un anti spinner, mi ritengo sufficentemente protetto da Volcarona.. per finire il lavoro ho Gyarados con Idrondata e Pietrataglio.

Rain Team Premetto che è molto difficile descrivere come affronto un tipo di team che non conosco a priori.. ma regolo la mia strategia ed il mio modo di giocare in base a vari fattori, come a esempio i pokemon che mi trovo davanti, se il mio avversario predicta oppure no ecc.. in linea di massima i rain team non mi spaventano più di tanto..ho due mosse di tipo elettro abbastanza inaspettate (quindi il fattore sorpresa è sicuramente dalla mia parte, vantaggio non indifferente) tra cui una è anche in grado di paralizzare sempre l'avversario, perciò mi ritengo abbastanza preparato ad affrontare questa tipologia di team.
Sandstorm Team Il sandstorm in linea di massima mi crea già qualche problemino in più del rain.. ma sono comunque in grado di giocarmela bene lo stesso. HO porygon 2 con bora e download.. diversi pokemon presenti in un classico sand ne sono deboli.. quindi questo è un punto a favore.. ho Dusclops con Fuocofatuo e Victini con inferno, grazie ai quali posso sperare di scottare qualche pokemon pericoloso per il team per poi sweepare con Gyarados.
Sun Team Il sun è il weather che mi crea più problemi, dato che ho praticamente solo Gyarados con mosse superefficaci contro alcuni pokemon più usati in questa tipologia di team... anche qui cerco di adattare la mia strategia sul momento, in base anche a come gioca il mio avversario.
Hail Team Di hail ne incontro veramente pochi.. ma a dire il vero non mi spaventa gran chè questa tipologia di team.. dato che in squadra ho parecchi pokemon in grado di infliggere danni superefficaci a molti dei pokemon più usati in un hail team.

L'unico team dell'edizione che sfrutta appieno una singola mossa. Mi piace molto il layout, ma devo criticare la tua scelta di aver separato i commenti dei singoli Pokémon dalle mosse, generando un rimbalzo tra le due che può risultare fastidioso. Purtroppo per te questo è un team che ha segnato il suo destino sin dall'inizio della battaglia, contro i Pokémon sbagliati perderai sempre (strategia alta e funzionalità bassa nel metagame attuale). Quanto all'originalità, sicuramente ci sei.

Questo è un team che mi è tutto sommato piaciuto.

La strategia è decisamente originale e confermo il fatto che sia divertente da usare.

E' però abbastanza evidente una debolezza ai rain stall con Gastrodon e Ferrothorn, hai davvero pochi mezzi per abbatterli.

Il team è comunque ben costruito e ragionato però mi secca ammettere che i Gravity Team spesso risultano molto (forse troppo) macchinosi, non sempre quindi riuscirai a sfruttare appieno la strategia.

La presentazione mi è stata molto gradevole.

Strategia interessante. Trovo che la squadra sia sbilanciata su mosse speciali (diverse con pochi pp) con il solo Gyarados a coprire il lato fisico con un minimo supporto di Forretress. Sul campo il team ha mantenuto le attese. Squadra originale, basata su una strategia scarsamente utilizzata. Presentazione graficamente molto originale. Tuttavia ho trovato un pochino scomodo leggere le descrizioni dei singoli Pokémon, con riferimenti alle mosse e dover scrollare per vedere di volta in volta il moveset.
