Codice:
Getting the Lucky Egg

However, there is a small trick you can use (Not using the Pokeradar)
to make Chanseys far more common. However, before you begin, you
will need the following

-Finish the Elite 4 and get the National Pokedex

-Lots and lots of Repel

-A lv 18 Pokemon (None lower, none higher. A lv 18 Diglett with Arena
Trap works best because it makes random encounters far
more common)

-A Pokemon with Thief (Like stated in the Wild Pokemon item guide,
Banette with the Frisk ability and Thief
work best)

First, you will need to make sure you have not talked to the Pokemon
Mansion owner that day so you can use a small exploit. You see, the
Pokemon chosen for that day is not decided until you actually talk
to him. By saving and reloading after talking to him, you can control
the Pokemon that appear in the garden. Keep talking to him and resetting
until he says that Chansey have started to appear in the garden.

Next, put the lv 18 Pokemon as your front Pokemon (lv 18 Shuppet with
Thief and Frisk may work best if you want it to go fast, or lv 18
Diglett with Arena Trap if you want Pokemon to appear more). Then, use
the Repel and walk around the garden.

If all is right, you should now only start to see two Pokemon: Pikachu
and Chansey (This may be a good time to get the Light Ball if you don't
have Pokemon Battle Revolution). Pikachu seem to be much more common,
although you will also see a fair bit of Chansey in 1 out of every
3 or so encounters.

Now, here is the boring part: the encounters. It might take a good hour
or so until you find a Chansey with a Lucky Egg, but you might get
lucky and find one in your first few encounters. You will also use
quite a bit of Repel (I bought 100 Max Repels prior, so I didn't run
out). For me, it took about 45 minutes to find one with a Lucky
Egg.

One final thing to note: The ability Compoundeyes is a interesting one:
It will make wild Pokemon's hold items appear much more commonly,
meaning that your chances of getting a Lucky Egg (Or Oval Stone...)
are increased a little bit. While I have not tested this, a Pokemon
with Compoundeyes that is fainted, lv 18, and in the front can help
find chansey via repel easier if you put the Pokemon with Thief in
the second slot.
